Medicinal Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
DL-alpha-Lipoic acid 400 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, cellulose, magnesium silicate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), stearic acid, silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 2 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have diabetes. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Keep out of the reach of children.
