VERISOL® BIOACTIVE COLLAGEN PEPTIDESTM (type I and III hydrolyzed collagen) (bovine) 416.67 mg
Hyaluronic acid 20 mg
L-tryptophan 16.67 mg
L-glutamine 83.33 mg
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate, dihydrate) 10 mg
Biotin 83.33 mcg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 3 tablets 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For joint pain associated with osteoarthritis: Use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effects.
