Dosage

Recommended adult dose: Add 1 scoop (27 g) to 180 mL of water and shake in a shaker cup. Use 1–3 scoops daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use in the following cases: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato), if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulants/blood thinners, anti-inflammatory agents or antibiotics, if you have diabetes, a liver or kidney disease, or if you are having surgery. Do not use if you have a milk allergy. This product may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances.
