Reliefibre biologique

Reliefibre est un supplément de fibres certifié pauvre en FODMAP qui aide à améliorer la régularité intestinale et à soulager les symptômes du syndrome du côlon irritable (SCI). Obtenues à partir de la fève de guar, les fibres biologiques de Reliefibre sont entièrement solubles dans l’eau, ont une viscosité nulle, restent stables à un faible pH et sont extrêmement résistantes aux hautes températures.

Élément essentiel d’une saine alimentation, les fibres sont parfois difficiles à obtenir, surtout dans le cadre d’un régime faible en FODMAP. Présents dans de nombreux aliments courants, les FODMAP (de l’anglais, désignant des oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides et polyols fermentescibles) représentent certaines catégories de glucides (sucres) qui peuvent être difficiles à digérer par les personnes aux prises avec le SCI et qui causent des symptômes désagréables, tels que des malaises abdominaux, du ballonnement, des gaz, ainsi que de la diarrhée ou de la constipation.

Chaque portion de Reliefibre procure 5 g de fibres biologiques certifiées faibles en FODMAP par l’Université Monash, sans OGM et sans gluten, pour aider les personnes aux prises avec le SCI. Reliefibre aide aussi la gestion de poids en apportant une sensation de satiété prolongée et en soutenant la régulation de la glycémie. Convenant aux végétariens et aux végétaliens, Reliefibre est offert à la délicieuse saveur tropicale naturelle ou sans saveur. Ces fibres prébiotiques apporteront aux adultes et aux enfants de huit ans et plus un soulagement en douceur de la constipation et des symptômes du SCI.
