Organic apple cider vinegar (Malus pumila Mill.) (fruit) (5% acetic acid) 500 mg
Chromium (picolinate) 250 mcg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take with a full glass of water before/with meals.
