What Else Should I Know?

Medicinal Ingredients

Chaque gélule contient :
Vitamine D3 (cholécalciférol) 2 500 UI (62,5 mcg)

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Gélule (gélatine, glycérine, eau purifiée), huile de lin biologique.

Dosage

Posologie recommandée (adultes de 18 ans et plus) : 1 gélule par jour ou suivre les recommandations d’un praticien de la santé.
À prendre avec un apport adéquat en calcium.
Consulter un praticien de la santé pour un usage au-delà de 6 mois.

Caution

Consulter un praticien de la santé avant l’usage si vous êtes enceinte ou allaitez, si vous souffrez de troubles rénaux, si vous prenez d’autres suppléments de vitamine D, une multivitamine qui contient de la vitamine D, des produits qui contiennent des analogues de la vitamine D ou encore tout médicament qui renferme des antiacides, des anticonvulsivants, de la digoxine, de la choléstyramine, du coléstipol, de l’huile minérale, des stéroïdes, des statines ou des diurétiques thiazidiques. 15 à 20 mcg (600 à 800 UI) de vitamine D par jour comblent les besoins de la plupart des gens. Consulter un praticien de la santé afin de déterminer si vous pourriez tirer profit d’un supplément de vitamine D avant de prendre ce produit. Ne pas prendre ce produit si vous souffrez d’hypercalcémie et/ou d’hypercalciurie. Cesser l’usage et consulter un praticien da la santé si vous présentez, entre autres, les effets secondaires suivants : faiblesse, fatigue, somnolence, mal de tête, manque d’appétit, sécheresse buccale, goût de métal dans la bouche, nausées, vomissements, vertiges, bourdonnements dans les oreilles, manque de coordination et faiblesse musculaire, ces effets étant parmi les premiers symptômes de l’hypercalcémie. Conserver hors de la portée des enfants.
