Recommended adult dose: Mix 2 scoops (39.5 g) 3 times daily in a glass of water or juice and take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care practitioner if you have cystinuria or an iron deficiency. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation, or indigestion. If diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal cramping persists or worsens, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. May cause discoloration of feces/stool. Keep out of the reach of children.
