    Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 100 mg

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: For cognitive health and cardiovascular support: 2 softgels 1–2 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.

For promoting healthy mood balance: 2 softgels 3 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.
